Hi, I’m Mary Foster!
I’m so glad you’re here. I’m a mum of 3 (all born within three years), and I have been there in the depths of sleep deprivation. My little lambs have struggled with reflux, colic, intolerances, night terrors, along with my lack of understanding of sleep for babies. Sleep can be highly counterintuitive.
I am passionate about supporting families on the journey to healthy sleep. I want to share everything I wish I knew when I was a first-time mother, and it seemed that everyone else had a baby sleeping.
How Do You Feel After a Great Sleep?
I recognise that since you’re here, you may have to go back to remember a great sleep, but I’m sure you remember how amazing it feels, right?
Well, I’m here to tell you that your baby feels the same after a great sleep.
A well-rested baby is happier and healthier (even if you already have a happy baby, you’ll be surprised at how happy they can be!) They cry less are interested in learning more. When you sleep, you’ll likely be a happier parent, partner, friend, and life is MUCH easier.
I can vouch for that from personal experience, as can the families I’ve supported.
Here to Help – Without Judgement
I will be providing excellent sources to help you on this incredible (and sometimes challenging) journey in sleep and parenting!
