We thought that it would be easier 2nd time around but our baby girl ended up being completely different to our son and a lot more clingy and demanding!
We contacted Mary as the endless rocking/ bending over the cot to rub her back etc that was required to get her to sleep was putting a lot of strain on our backs. We could be there for hours on end only for her to wake shortly after and have to go through the process again as she hadn’t yet learnt how to settle herself.
Mary suggested small changes to make and gave us information on sleep patterns and foods to give at dinnertime amongst other things. She also advised us on a gradual step down method which has worked well and barely any tears unlike some of the traditional sleep training methods. Within 2 weeks our baby girl practically jumped out of our arms into her cot as she was happy to go to sleep! It also made a big difference to her clinginess and grumpiness during the day.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Mary to anyone experiencing sleep challenges with their little one.
Within a week our daughter was getting longer and better quality sleep.

I reached out to Jess for advice with my second baby’s naps. At 9 months she was sleeping so badly during the day, it was so difficult to get her to sleep and to stay asleep which was causing us some stress. Particularly hard with a preschooler also!a
After a couple of weeks, we saw a dramatic improvement. I can now settle her down for her two set naps with little effort rather than her previous crying fits, she will nap for a good amount of time 60-90 minutes and she is no longer overtired at bedtime. She’s even sleeping in her cot now rather than the buggy.

She is the Mary Poppins of children’s sleep, she has a bottomless bag full of ideas and solutions to help improve your child’s sleep. We were experiencing constant wakeups from co-sleeping, still breastfeeding during the night and also contact napping and we never thought we would get our daughter of 20 months, in her own bed, sleeping through the night AND in her bed for naps too!
It really does feel like a miracle and that’s all because of Sally’s wonderful guidance and support. We couldn’t have done it without Sally because there is just no way we would have known what to do. I can’t thank Sally enough because the change really is life-changing for us.

Sally was a godsend. We’ve always had a routine with our son Freddie but with moving house and school changes we were suddenly all over the place.
Sally’s suggestions and overall plan were brilliant, it allowed us to regain focus and put in place some new positive sleep associations. Sally looked at the whole of Freddie’s schedule etc and gave us tips and insights into how to manage our developing and growing boy.
And Sally was there for us as parents as well - reassuring us that things would change! Freddie now sleeps through the night again!

My baby started out as what I would have described as a reasonably good sleeper. She was gradually sleeping longer and longer at night and it seemed we were only weeks away from a full nights sleep again.
Then the 4 month sleep regression hit and she started waking shortly after going to sleep and once resettled (this could take over an hour sometimes) she could sleep a few consecutive hours and from about 1 am onwards she could wake every hour until we eventually gave in and got up. After a couple of weeks hoping it would get better on its own, we decided to start making some changes.
At around the same time, I luckily won a mini sleep package with Julia. She helped me track and refine our daily schedule. With her support, we managed to get our little girl sleeping unswaddled without her Sleepyhead for 12 hours overnight. She still has times when she wakes but settles quickly.
Thanks to Julia and her, kind, caring and non-judgemental support we are now on the road to better sleep.

We were exhausted always having to rock our little one to sleep at night and at any time she woke up during the night. Her naps were only ever 20 minutes long. After working with Julia, she now gets herself off to sleep at night, and if she wakes during the night it's usually because the dummy is out of reach, so a quick replacement and she is back to sleep. Her naps are now longer too! Not only that but Julia had given me and my husband more knowledge about what to look for and also why our little one might do certain things.

The help she provides in getting them into a good sleep pattern, not just at night but with daytime naps too, is so helpful. She helped us to understand all there was with routines and how to help them sleep better without any stress.
Would definitely recommend her for people struggling with little ones that can’t/don’t sleep well. Very happy with our results. 8 months down the line and my little girl goes down like an angel now.
Alexis helped us with our 6-month old. He only slept for between 2-3 hours at any one time and wasn’t able to self soothe. I had to either feed him to sleep or walk around rocking him until he fell asleep, this could take hours. Sometimes he would wake as soon as we put him down and we’d have to start all over. I was exhausted and I dreaded bedtime.
Then we found Alexis and our lives changed! She was so kind, helpful, knowledgeable and really listened to our concerns to work with us and advise us of the best options for us.
Our son now self soothes, sleeps from 7 pm - 7 am and has 3 naps a day. It’s incredible!!

Alexis helped us with our three-year-old, who would take up to an hour to go to sleep, and then wake up several times during the night before waking up at 5/5.30am on a regular basis. Exhausting!
Alexis was so clear and helpful in identifying where we could make changes to our lifestyle and our bedtime approach. She was on hand at any point for advice and encouragement and didn’t make us feel inadequate at any point. We have a bit of work to do on the early mornings, but after a few weeks, our daughter is falling asleep much quicker and tends to sleep through!

I stumbled across Sleepy Lambs on a google search after weeks of sleep deprivation after my LO went back to his childminder after having 6 months of lockdown at home with Mummy. He had bad separation anxiety and it was taking me hours some nights to get him to sleep. We had tried almost everything but never had anyone telling us we were doing it right and to give us the reassurance we needed.

Alexis Halley Reade came to our rescue with our little 2.5yr old and his early wakes!! 01,03,04am every signal night!!! Our 11-month old now sleeps through the night and self soothes. We've never been comfortable leaving Freddie to cry on his own and I was concerned that might of been our only option to teach him to settle himself. However, by you teaching us about awake windows, routines for nap times and tired signs Freddie now settles himself!
We are so grateful to Sophie, her approach always made us feel empowered. We made a couple of tweaks to what we were doing and before I knew it everyone's sleep improved!

She was always there to guide me and give instant feedback which helped get Kaila into a routine, I found this instant feedback very good. I would highly recommend Julia. Julia has given me the tools to be able to keep a routine for sleep.
I can’t recommend Louise enough, she exceeded our expectations of what we thought we could achieve together as a family and in terms of sleep patterns, she was incredibly responsive and constructive as well as being thoroughly supportive.

When we got in contact with Katie, we were so desperate for help. At 6 months old O was sleeping at night for a maximum of 2 hours at a time, was regularly unsettled and we were really struggling.
From day 1, we felt supported and cared for. On each phone call, we made changes, but only to a level that we were comfortable with, and saw a difference in O’s sleep straight away.
We had long stretches at night, more relaxed naps, an easier bedtime and a happier mummy and daddy. We are working towards a more structured daytime with Katie’s advice, and it’s going so well.

He went above and beyond in helping me puzzle out the best times for my son’s medication that allowed him to get it into his system and didn’t cause disruption to the sleep my son was getting! My son slept well in his basket at night but only when he started his sleep on me and naps during the day were entirely on my chest.
Paddy offered help and advice to stop that. He stopped us both forming bad habits and supported me the whole way through.
I’ll really miss his guidance.
With a newborn, a toddler, new country and a pandemic we needed as much of a routine as possible, so when I saw Sally's advert I jumped at the chance.
Our toddler was waking in the middle of the night and wouldn’t go back to sleep without one of us. She also only wanted to nap in our bed with one of us. Sally rectified both aspects for us with continuous support and we haven’t looked back since.
Whilst helping us with our toddler sally also extended her help to our newborn. Whilst I think everyone expects no sleep with a new baby we were missing all Alice’s sleep windows and falling really short on her recommended hours of sleep which can go on to affect their growth and learning. Sally introduced to a great app and guided us on sleep windows and routine all with no ‘cry It out’ methods or anything and we were suddenly dealing with much bigger chunks of sleep, a routine and a much happier baby!
She answered texts, emails and checked in on us regularly. If your little one is struggling with sleep patterns and nap issues I can’t recommend her highly enough. Thank you, Sally!
Alexis helped with our little boy he would only sleep on his front for a couple of hours at a time and he would cry as soon as we would put him down. Now our little boy is doing 5-hour stretches at night sleeping on his back (he has since slept through too!) He settles so much better.
