{We cannot thank Louise enough, she really has changed our lives. We have our evenings back, our own bed, and time in the day when our daughter naps in her cot - She self settles and is no longer reliant on milk. We would have never believed this was possible but Louise was determined to get us there. She was always at the end of the phone, let us go at a pace we felt comfortable with while giving constructive and supportive advice which she adapted as we needed to. She really does work miracles!

Our 11-month old now sleeps through the night and self soothes. We've never been comfortable leaving Freddie to cry on his own and I was concerned that might of been our only option to teach him to settle himself. However, by you teaching us about awake windows, routines for nap times and tired signs Freddie now settles himself!

We are so grateful to Sophie, her approach always made us feel empowered. We made a couple of tweaks to what we were doing and before I knew it everyone's sleep improved!

If I could sum up how I felt before I spoke to Charlotte in one word, it would be desperate.
Charlotte took the time to listen to our problems and worked out what was best for us (and importantly Charlie) to solve them.
The support she offered us was second to none and she encouraged us every step of the way.

{Jess had helped us so much with both our children. Our first was never a good sleeper but we had Jess' help not long before she turned 3 and it helped immensely. With only a couple suggestions we went from super long bedtimes and multiple night wakes (often for long periods) to a much shorter bedtime and minimal wakes. We also asked Jess for help with our second, and again, this only took a couple of simple changes before we noticed a result.

Charlotte not only helped us crack the bedtime meltdowns and nightly wake-ups, she’s also given us the confidence to believe that tuning into our daughter and taking notice of her sleep signals can be all we need .. and best of all .. no more sleeping in our bed!
Charlotte made us feel at ease from the off, with her kind, bubbly and caring personality. She constantly made sure we felt comfortable with what we were doing and was always on our terms. She really took the time to learn about our parenting style and our needs and wants from the course.
We really felt like everything she said, had a logical reason behind it, and she made us feel like we totally understood the process from start to finish.
No matter what time of day, she never made us feel as though we couldn’t reach out to her, from minor questions to full-on meltdowns.
We couldn’t see a light at the end of the tunnel and to be honest, were a bit skeptical as to how much could change in just a couple of weeks .. but how wrong were we?! We felt like we had tried everything, followed different ideas and advice and nothing seemed to be helping.
3 weeks later and there’s no more dreading nap and bedtime, and Poppy now sees her room as a fun safe place, which she settles in with no problem, all thanks to Charlotte. We really will miss Charlotte, in the few weeks we’ve known her, we feel like she’s become a really good friend!
She was always just a message away whenever we needed reassurance or advice and every bit of advice she did give, worked!

I reached out to Jess for advice with my second baby’s naps. At 9 months she was sleeping so badly during the day, it was so difficult to get her to sleep and to stay asleep which was causing us some stress. Particularly hard with a preschooler also!a

After a couple of weeks, we saw a dramatic improvement. I can now settle her down for her two set naps with little effort rather than her previous crying fits, she will nap for a good amount of time 60-90 minutes and she is no longer overtired at bedtime. She’s even sleeping in her cot now rather than the buggy.

I can’t recommend Jess enough. Even as a second-time mum seeking advice from Jess’s expertise has really helped our family.

When I reached out to Sally, I was in a very desperate place, I didn't have much hope that anything would work when it came to my little one's sleep patterns or extreme dependency on me to fall asleep.

{I would say get a sleep consultant. What happens AFTER the birth is so important and so unknown and NCT just doesn't focus on it at all. You literally changed our lives in 5 days with no cry it out or sleep training!!! He's now 3 and we still use some of your tips and he is a dream sleeper!

My baby started out as what I would have described as a reasonably good sleeper. She was gradually sleeping longer and longer at night and it seemed we were only weeks away from a full nights sleep again.

Then the 4 month sleep regression hit and she started waking shortly after going to sleep and once resettled (this could take over an hour sometimes) she could sleep a few consecutive hours and from about 1 am onwards she could wake every hour until we eventually gave in and got up. After a couple of weeks hoping it would get better on its own, we decided to start making some changes.

At around the same time, I luckily won a mini sleep package with Julia. She helped me track and refine our daily schedule. With her support, we managed to get our little girl sleeping unswaddled without her Sleepyhead for 12 hours overnight. She still has times when she wakes but settles quickly.

Thanks to Julia and her, kind, caring and non-judgemental support we are now on the road to better sleep.

Alexis helped us with our three-year-old, who would take up to an hour to go to sleep, and then wake up several times during the night before waking up at 5/5.30am on a regular basis. Exhausting!

Alexis was so clear and helpful in identifying where we could make changes to our lifestyle and our bedtime approach. {I am so glad that I asked for Mary’s help as she has really changed our life for the better. Mary listened to everything I said about my son and our family and tailored a plan to suit us. Prior to starting our plan with Sleepy Lambs, we were 2 very stressed working parents whose evening was spent fighting to get our 3-year-old to sleep. We wouldn’t sit down to dinner some nights until 9 pm. Our son would then wake 2/3/4am screaming for us as he didn’t like sleeping on his own. This would mean having him in our bed, one of us in his bed or on his floor. We also have a baby so by morning we were all exhausted and then had to work all day (teaching children, may I add). We were sleep-deprived, stressed parents. Cue Mary. After implementing strategies given to us by Mary, we now have a boy who is excited to get into bed and have his 2 stories. I absolutely love our bedtime routine now. He is also happy to be left in his room to drift off to sleep now. And the best bit - my husband and myself are downstairs for our evening together every night by 6.45. We didn’t feel like we had an evening before at all. The screaming in the middle of the night was a real struggle for us but gradually it became less and less and our son has started sleeping through for around 12hrs now. The better sleep all round had meant all of our health has also improved as we were all very run down before. We can’t recommend Mary enough. {I felt Caro really listened when we first spoke and ‘got’ our situation. We talked through a number of options which I tried and I felt hugely supported throughout. I was unsure as to how effective the assistance would be given that our daughter is slightly older (just turned 4) but Caro adapted a lot of the information and options available to suit our daughter’s age and stage. My daughter responded well to the subtle changes in routine and approach that Caro suggested and it has made the whole process a lot more enjoyable – she has already managed to sleep through more nights since working with Caro for 4 weeks than she had done in the previous 20 months.

{I found the training to have a good balance between online learning, assignments and reading in your own time. The training videos were around 1 hour long and easy to fit into your day. Being self-paced, I was able to take my time when life got busy or when I had time, I could spend a day catching up. Mary had bookmarked the pages/sections and paragraphs to read from the required books to ensure time was not wasted reading parts of the books that weren’t useful to our training. The assignments were focused on engaging your mind as opposed to a pass/fail system which was really great. Knowing you couldn’t get it wrong helped me feel free to explore options. Mary generally holds monthly team calls to answer any questions along the way but is quick to respond to messages/emails if I had a question or query that couldn’t wait. My most favourite part of the training was the final project! Knowing that I could finally start piecing together everything I had learnt was the icing on the cake for me and offering a 3-week package pro bono really gave me the confidence I needed before taking on paying customers. I would (and already have) recommended the training to people I think could be interested.

I stumbled across Sleepy Lambs on a google search after weeks of sleep deprivation after my LO went back to his childminder after having 6 months of lockdown at home with Mummy. He had bad separation anxiety and it was taking me hours some nights to get him to sleep. We had tried almost everything but never had anyone telling us we were doing it right and to give us the reassurance we needed.

We were lucky enough to have been assigned Alexis to help. As soon as we had our initial consultation I felt so much more confident and reassured that everything would get better and here we are 3 weeks later sadly saying goodbye to Alexis after all of her help.

Charlie is now in bed asleep inside 10mins and all of this has been done without any crying or distress. We are still working on the early wake-ups but I have been left with some suggestions and techniques to work with. With a newborn, a toddler, new country and a pandemic we needed as much of a routine as possible, so when I saw Sally's advert I jumped at the chance.
Our toddler was waking in the middle of the night and wouldn’t go back to sleep without one of us. She also only wanted to nap in our bed with one of us. Sally rectified both aspects for us with continuous support and we haven’t looked back since.

Whilst helping us with our toddler sally also extended her help to our newborn. Whilst I think everyone expects no sleep with a new baby we were missing all Alice’s sleep windows and falling really short on her recommended hours of sleep which can go on to affect their growth and learning. Sally introduced to a great app and guided us on sleep windows and routine all with no ‘cry It out’ methods or anything and we were suddenly dealing with much bigger chunks of sleep, a routine and a much happier baby!

I was at the end of my tether, my 2yr 9m old was suffering night terrors and was waking up every 2-3 hours every night... we were beyond exhausted. ????

Alexis helped us identify exactly how little sleep our little one was getting and suggested all kinds of things which I undertook (some which I was reluctant to at first) however I did a complete "U-turn" and realised what Alexis was saying was absolutely true. Things have slowly improved and all members of our household are getting more rest than we’ve had in years. More importantly, my almost 3-year-old is getting the sleep he needs!

Julia is absolutely amazing!

We were exhausted always having to rock our little one to sleep at night and at any time she woke up during the night. Her naps were only ever 20 minutes long. After working with Julia, she now gets herself off to sleep at night, and if she wakes during the night it's usually because the dummy is out of reach, so a quick replacement and she is back to sleep. Her naps are now longer too! Not only that but Julia had given me and my husband more knowledge about what to look for and also why our little one might do certain things.

{Louise has been amazing in turning bedtime dread into a really positive end of the day for our family, she has worked so hard to tailor her recommendations and advice to meet our little girl’s individual needs that we were able to see huge improvements within the first week of starting the sleep training plan!


I can’t recommend Louise enough, she exceeded our expectations of what we thought we could achieve together as a family and in terms of sleep patterns, she was incredibly responsive and constructive as well as being thoroughly supportive.

Definitely worth every penny (and more in my opinion!)

Alexis helped us with our 6-month old. He only slept for between 2-3 hours at any one time and wasn’t able to self soothe. I had to either feed him to sleep or walk around rocking him until he fell asleep, this could take hours. Sometimes he would wake as soon as we put him down and we’d have to start all over. I was exhausted and I dreaded bedtime.

Then we found Alexis and our lives changed! She was so kind, helpful, knowledgeable and really listened to our concerns to work with us and advise us of the best options for us.

Our son now self soothes, sleeps from 7 pm - 7 am and has 3 naps a day. It’s incredible!!

I’d never heard of sleep consultants before and now I couldn’t recommend Alexis highly enough.

{Can’t thank Katie enough for the support she has given us over the last 6 weeks. We booked a course after a period of 8 months where our daughter went from sleeping perfectly to waking every 2 hours, often for up to 2 hours at a time. Katie was fantastic and within 2 days of implementing the sleep techniques she taught us our daughter was sleeping through. It’s been absolutely amazing not only for our daughter who is now happier now she is sleeping properly but also for us as a couple, we were very much struggling with the lack of sleep and it was impacting our relationship but now we are a much happier household. We thought that it would be easier 2nd time around but our baby girl ended up being completely different to our son and a lot more clingy and demanding!

We contacted Mary as the endless rocking/ bending over the cot to rub her back etc that was required to get her to sleep was putting a lot of strain on our backs. We could be there for hours on end only for her to wake shortly after and have to go through the process again as she hadn’t yet learnt how to settle herself.

Mary suggested small changes to make and gave us information on sleep patterns and foods to give at dinnertime amongst other things. She also advised us on a gradual step down method which has worked well and barely any tears unlike some of the traditional sleep training methods. Within 2 weeks our baby girl practically jumped out of our arms into her cot as she was happy to go to sleep! It also made a big difference to her clinginess and grumpiness during the day.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Mary to anyone experiencing sleep challenges with their little one.

{As part of Lindsey’s qualification, she helped me with my 6-week baby. Although there isn’t so much ‘sleep training’ that can be done with a 6 week old baby, her knowledge and advice was second to none! She helped me understand about how long wake windows should be, learn to identify tired signs and suggested a good routine. My baby is now 14 weeks old and sleeps pretty well! I mean last night was 8pm-5.15am and then went back to sleep after a bottle until 9 am! So although she is still waking for a feed, I am happy with where we are for her age. As she grows and goes onto solids, I would be more than confident enough that she will go right through the night! Thank you Lindsey ?

When we got in contact with Katie, we were so desperate for help. At 6 months old O was sleeping at night for a maximum of 2 hours at a time, was regularly unsettled and we were really struggling.

From day 1, we felt supported and cared for. On each phone call, we made changes, but only to a level that we were comfortable with, and saw a difference in O’s sleep straight away.

We had long stretches at night, more relaxed naps, an easier bedtime and a happier mummy and daddy. We are working towards a more structured daytime with Katie’s advice, and it’s going so well.

{We used Mary Foster and she literally changed our world. Babies and toddlers change so fast and trying to figure out what the cause of why they’re not sleeping can drive you round the bend. Mary makes the whole process so much easier. She’s a mum of 3 who really gets it. She uses really gentle techniques and supports you loads. As a first time mum, I didn’t realise how much of it was us as the parents preventing the sleep either. A tough one to swallow but all part of the learning process. After all, why should we know what all the tricks are when you’ve never done it before! My husband and I can now read our daughter and is so much better. I have several tools in our bag for when sleep goes wonky again, and it will with various illnesses and milestones etc. I have recommended Mary to a lot of people and yet to hear anything other than 100% praise. Just think of her as someone who has a genuine desire to help teach you how to get your child to sleep and get you some rest!

Absolutely 100% Would Recommend Paddy!

He went above and beyond in helping me puzzle out the best times for my son’s medication that allowed him to get it into his system and didn’t cause disruption to the sleep my son was getting! My son slept well in his basket at night but only when he started his sleep on me and naps during the day were entirely on my chest.

Paddy offered help and advice to stop that. He stopped us both forming bad habits and supported me the whole way through.

I’ll really miss his guidance.

{Like the majority of parents of newborns, I quickly adapted to the sleepless nights and accepted the bags under my eyes as the norm – until I remembered the amazing transformation Mary had on my firstborn, we were keen to get things started earlier with our second. I contacted Mary when my son was 4 months old, Mary was able to give me invaluable knowledge that helped me to set up a bedtime routine and enable me to work out my sons wake windows. {I started my training with Sleepy Lambs in early 2019 – right from the start Mary was very approachable and responsive and I felt I could go to her with any queries I had both before I signed up and during the time I was training. The course itself is really comprehensive and covers many subjects not only about sleep and baby and child development but also about how to set up and run your own business. Everything is set out very well and easy to follow and as it is an online course I was able to take it at my own pace. Assignments are set at the end of each topic and marked and returned very quickly so that you know how well you are progressing as you go through. The content of the course was very accessible, thorough and well explained so that I was able to understand all the concepts quickly and easily. A great training experience from start to finish!
