Refund & Cancellation Policy

All payments for the Services must be received within 48 hours of appointment booking to confirm any appointment. Appointments will not be confirmed until full payment has been received. Any delays in payments will require the meeting to be rescheduled for another time.

Payments may be made by BACS direct deposit, Transferwise, Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard or American Express. The appointment will be cancelled automatically until an acceptable form of payment is received.


Cancellations for any service (excluding Follow-Up and Add-On Packages) must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled appointment. Otherwise, there will be a £25* cancellation fee.

We entertain cancellation requests by e-mail. Only cancellations that will have a clear confirmation from us will be valid cancellations.


Requests for a refund on sleep packages are accepted before the initial consultation has taken place or for a partial amount before you have received a copy of a personalised sleep plan.

All refund requests must be made by the person who booked or paid for the meeting and must be accompanied by a detailed why you are applying for a refund. We reserve the right to refuse such a request and to require further information about such request to establish the validity of the claim.

Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment. Cash payments will be refunded by cheque only.

We reserve the right to change this Refund Policy at any time. We will notify you by posting an updated policy in this location. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review the Refund Policy when making payments to us and to be aware of any modifications.

This Policy does not affect your statutory rights or any rights which you may have under any contract which you may have with Sleepy Lambs Sleep Consulting. This Policy also incorporates our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
