Katie was fantastic to work with. Our 2-year-old kept on waking through the night, and she took the time to understand the issues that we were having and guided us through them. Katie came up with really helpful solutions to help us teach her to sleep through the night. Katie’s advice made a difference, and we now have a better understanding of what our daughter needs, and she has been receptive to the new changes. Hopefully will continue well 🙂 thank you!
Chloe was always very quick to respond and offered lots of advice on a daily basis. When we got in contact with Katie, we were so desperate for help. At 6 months old O was sleeping at night for a maximum of 2 hours at a time, was regularly unsettled and we were really struggling. From day 1, we felt supported and cared for. On each phone call, we made changes, but only to a level that we were comfortable with, and saw a difference in O’s sleep straight away. We had long stretches at night, more relaxed naps, an easier bedtime and a happier mummy and daddy. We are working towards a more structured daytime with Katie’s advice, and it’s going so well. I would like to thank Sleepy Lambs and especially my sleep consultant Rachel for helping me support my baby’s sleep development. Not only did the sleep training provide my daughter additional rest and routine, it also improved her milk/solid intake and her general mood!
Thank you so much, Sophie! Our 11-month old now sleeps through the night and self soothes. We’ve never been comfortable leaving Freddie to cry on his own and I was concerned that might of been our only option to teach him to settle himself. However, by you teaching us about awake windows, routines for nap times and tired signs Freddie now settles himself!

Katie was an amazing support. She really took the time to understand the sleep issues I was encountering with my toddler as well as his personality so that she could suggest the right strategies. Katie was very flexible in her approach, ensuring that I was comfortable with our sleep plan. She was proactive in ensuring we had follow-up calls which were always very helpful, and she was always available if I had any questions in between. I am very grateful to Katie for the support she provided and the confidence she gave me to keep communicating with my toddler and to encourage better sleep habits!
Thanks to Katie and her gentle support and encouragement I have my evenings back! As my baby is only a few months old, I’m happy with night feeds (for now!) but I can’t stress enough how good it feels to have baby down and have some time to myself. Absolutely 100% would recommend Paddy! He went above and beyond in helping me puzzle out the best times for my son’s medication that allowed him to get it into his system and didn’t cause disruption to the sleep my son was getting! My son slept well in his basket at night but only when he started his sleep on me and naps during the day were entirely on my chest. Paddy offered help and advice to stop that. He stopped us both forming bad habits and supported me the whole way through. I’ll really miss his guidance
