Hi, I'm Katie!
As a parent of two young children, I have BEEN there. I know, and I have many close friends who know what it’s like to feel totally and utterly sleep deprived. My reason for wanting to be part of the Sleepy Lambs team was that I wanted to be able to help parents like you to get the sleep that you and your family need.
Many people will tell you ‘not to worry’ and ‘they’ll sleep when they’re older’, but can you really wait ’til then?

Let’s start off by saying what I won’t do. I won’t ask you to do anything that you are not comfortable with. I won’t insist that you leave your baby to ‘cry it out’. I won’t pretend that I know your baby better than you do. I won’t just give you a plaster to fix the symptoms, that might fall off after a few weeks.
What will I do? By seeking to understand the current situation, I will work with you to address the causes that are contributing to your little one not getting the sleep that they need. My approach is holistic and has a strong focus on emotional wellbeing – both for your child and for you. We will work together to ensure that the approaches that we introduce are the right ones for you as a family, and I will be there to support you throughout. The end goal is for me to help you get long-lasting, life-changing results that will result in better sleep for everyone.

How I Work
Every little one is different! For long-term sleep success, I take the time to understand your little one’s sleep challenges.
I take into account your little one’s temperament, any potential causes, and consider the medical, developmental, nutritional, as well as the emotional impact and your parenting preferences, as we help your little one love to sleep!
