As a parent of two young children, I have BEEN there. I know, and I have many close friends who know what it’s like to feel totally and utterly sleep deprived. My reason for wanting to be part of the Sleepy Lambs team was that I wanted to be able to help parents like you to get the sleep that you and your family need.

Many people will tell you ‘not to worry’ and ‘they’ll sleep when they’re older’, but can you really wait ’til then?

Let’s start off by saying what I won’t do. I won’t ask you to do anything that you are not comfortable with. I won’t insist that you leave your baby to ‘cry it out’. I won’t pretend that I know your baby better than you do. I won’t just give you a plaster to fix the symptoms, that might fall off after a few weeks.

What will I do? By seeking to understand the current situation, I will work with you to address the causes that are contributing to your little one not getting the sleep that they need. My approach is holistic and has a strong focus on emotional wellbeing – both for your child and for you. We will work together to ensure that the approaches that we introduce are the right ones for you as a family, and I will be there to support you throughout. The end goal is for me to help you get long-lasting, life-changing results that will result in better sleep for everyone.

How I Work

Every little one is different! For long-term sleep success, I take the time to understand your little one’s sleep challenges.

I take into account your little one’s temperament, any potential causes, and consider the medical, developmental, nutritional, as well as the emotional impact and your parenting preferences, as we help your little one love to sleep!

{Of absolute great help with my little girl when she was born earlier this year and decided sleep wasn’t necessary. Katie helped in many ways and stayed in contact even after she had completed her work with us.

The help she provides in getting them into a good sleep pattern, not just at night but with daytime naps too, is so helpful. She helped us to understand all there was with routines and how to help them sleep better without any stress.

{Can’t thank Katie enough for the support she has given us over the last 6 weeks. We booked a course after a period of 8 months where our daughter went from sleeping perfectly to waking every 2 hours, often for up to 2 hours at a time. Katie was fantastic and within 2 days of implementing the sleep techniques she taught us our daughter was sleeping through. It’s been absolutely amazing not only for our daughter who is now happier now she is sleeping properly but also for us as a couple, we were very much struggling with the lack of sleep and it was impacting our relationship but now we are a much happier household. Loved our weekly check-ins with Katie and never felt that anything we were asking was a stupid question. Have already recommended her to friends and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to others.
