What I Do
I provide a holistic approach that focuses on sleep science, emotional wellness, nutrition, and healthy sleep habits. This proven technique helps us get to the root cause of the issue quickly, and it also provides you with a comprehensive insight into the importance of each element, and how it can positively impact upon yours and your baby’s sleep. I’m also a baby massage instructor, and my approach encompasses baby massage as part of all my sleep packages. I do this to offer value and to give you a new skill that will help to strengthen the bond with your baby while helping you RELAX and UNWIND together. Baby massage offers so many useful benefits, such as aiding digestion, relief from teething pain, improving weight gain, and helping with circulation. It’s also a great way to help YOU feel more relaxed; let’s never underestimate just how important this is!How do I do this?
Everything I do is tailored to your family. By investing the time to truly get to know your family, I can ensure the experience is as individual as their little one is. Within each package, I offer a discovery call, initial meeting call, weekly catch–up call, a sleep log via a brilliant app, a tailored sleep plan; along with bespoke guidance on how to help support your baby and yourself towards reaching your ultimate goal of getting a good night’s REST; and to achieve this CONSISTENTLY.Why I Joined Sleepy Lambs
When my first son Dylan was born, he started as a good sleeper. However, almost overnight, things went downhill fast. He started to wake up every couple of hours, and my lack of sleep started to show.
From anxiety to mood swings and a general lack of interest in doing anything, the impact of not getting enough sleep really took a toll on my daily life. I knew the person I had become just wasn’t me; I wasn’t myself, and I wasn’t the parent I wanted to be either. SOMETHING HAD TO CHANGE.
So, I did what anyone else in my position would do; I took to Google to find answers. I looked at ‘sleeping tips for babies’, ‘why do babies wake up’, and many other similar terms to educate myself and get a better understanding of why this was happening.
During this time, I found that the more I read, the more I wanted to know. The more I knew, the more I could also start helping friends and family with their little ones, which felt amazing!
And then one day, as if by chance, I came across The Sleepy Lambs Sleep Consultant Training Program. I finally found my path! I could continue my love of helping families with their little one’s sleep and learn even more! I was hooked there and then and immediately signed up to start my new journey.
I love what I do, and I’ve never looked back. A few years on, and here I am! A proud Certified Sleepy Lambs Sleep Consultant®, and proud to be working with families all over the globe.
