Hi, I'm Eliza!

As a features writer and health journalist for 13 years, I have researched and interviewed many health professionals and I have read and written many column inches extolling the importance of a good night’s sleep.

However, a good night’s sleep can be elusive to many. If you have a newborn or a child who ‘just won’t sleep’, help is at hand.

I have 2 children aged 11 and 9. My firstborn didn’t sleep until she was 2 and a half years old. I have experienced the sheer exhaustion of being up most of the night with a little one who won’t sleep. I’d have done anything for some Sleepy Lambs help back then.

Now I want to help others!

After I had the children, I worked as a Reflexologist where I learned how sleep, and lack of, is such a big issue for so many of us and that sleep should be made a priority.

The power of a proper night’s sleep can boost your immune system, reduce stress levels, improve mental health and emotional wellbeing, it can improve you and your little one’s attention and concentration, help your memory work better, look after your weight, your heart and your overall health.

Sleepy Lambs takes a holistic approach to sleep by looking at the full picture of any sleep issue. Each child is an individual and each sleep plan I create is tailored exactly to meet the needs of you, your family and your little one.
